Mattress is something where you spend the maximum time on and is an important part of life. It is quite unfair that you are expected to pick out your mattress at the store by just trying it out for a hasty 10 minutes. At Bianca, we are offering 100 Nights to make a mattress decision at the comfort of your own home, before you decide if you want it, for keeps. So feel the mattress and take 100 nights to make a decision.

After experiencing the Bianca mattress if you feel is not right for you, within the first 100 nights from the date of delivery, we will do our best to ensure that the return process is as hassle- free as possible. It is said that it takes 30 days for the body to adapt so we ask the customers to use it for 30 nights before you make a final decision to return. Some people do need a "break in" period to get used to a more supportive mattress than what they have slept on previously!

Returns for Bianca website, Amazon, other websites or any offline store purchases must be made directly over here. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to order the mattress.

Terms & Conditions for 100 Nights Trial Offer

100 Nights Trial is applicable for the first 100 nights from the date of delivery. In case of a swap between different models, 100 Nights offer will be still calculated from the Day 1 the first mattress got delivered. 

100 Nights Trial is applicable only on standard size mattresses. Customized size mattresses does not fall under 100 Nights Trial Offer. 

Customer will have to arrange for the return of the product. Transportation charges for returns will be borne by the customer. If required, return pick-up can be arranged by us at an extra cost.

You may decide to return the mattress any time before the end of 100 nights for refund. In case any freebies are provided with order, the refund will be after deducting the freebie cost. 

Return and Refund on 100 Nights Trial offer will be not be applicable if the product falls under Exception to Return/Refund under 100 Nights Trial. 

Our 100 Nights Trial offer applies only to original purchaser of genuine Bianca Mattress purchased from Bianca website or from Bianca stores or any other website authorised by Bianca. 

This policy is limited to one return per household per year.

Please retain a copy of your purchase invoice as proof of purchase. You’ll need to submit this to make a refund claim, without it, Bianca reserves the right to reject any claim under 100 Nights Trial Offer. 

We require you to supply photographs of the mattress while opting for a return. Failure to send appropriate photographs may result in return request being cancelled. 

The return requests must be exercised directly with Bianca no later than the 101st day from the date of delivery of the mattress you want a refund on. 

Returns will be inspected on raising a return request. If we receive any return which is not approved, we shall not be liable for refund.

We will be sending you packaging material with documents for the reverse pickup and transportation will have to be arranged by you. In loss or damage in transportation, we shall not be liable for it. In case you want us to arrange for a pick-up, your mattress will be scheduled for pick up within 7 working days of receiving the 'return' or 'refund' request. The collections can take up to 5 business days.

All approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days once the mattress has been picked up for return.Bianca reserves the right to refuse the 100 Nights Trial Offer to anyone associated with a mattress manufacturer/brand. 

The final decision on refund under 100 Nights Trial offer will be made by Bianca. The company reserves the complete right to refuse any request claim if it doesn’t fulfill the Terms and Conditions of the 100 Nights Trial Offer.Disputes, if any, are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.

Exceptions To Return/Refund Under 100 Nights Trial Offer

Bianca 100 Nights Trial offer is with the objective of giving customers the opportunity to try out our mattress for 100 nights at the comfort of their own homes. To make sure that the offer is not being misused, we have identified some exceptions to the 100 Nights Trial Offer which are as below:

-Return/Refund request will not be accepted in case of improper usage or physical damage to the mattress. You are expected to return the Bianca mattress in a good condition. 

-Return/Refund request will not be entertained if any severe liquid spillage, stains, dirt or damage is found on the mattress during the inspection process. 

-Return/Refund request will not be entertained if the mattress is used on an improper surface without proper support.Return/Refund request will not be entertained if the mattress is found to be exposed to cold / hot temperatures for a period of time that causes the materials to tear or permanently deform. 

-Return/Refund request will not be entertained if the customer opts a return due to incorrect Mattress Size Order. It is always recommended to cross check the size before placing the order. 

-If return/refund request is placed then any complimentary items sold along with the mattress will be deducted from the refund amount to the tune of the cost of each of such complimentary items.
